Teams which are functional typically include full participation from all members, a shared vision and consensus, and willingness to face challenges of all types.

What are the important teamwork skills?

Teamwork is a learned skill. Students must develop a variety of communication, brainstorming and analytical skills to be effective team members.

Why do many students dislike teams?

Although teamwork can be very beneficial, students are often resistant to the idea, sometimes because of bad experiences with previous teams.
