Fall ANGEL seminars focus on teaching strategies
ITS Training Services fall seminars on Penn State's Course Management System, ANGEL, will feature a series of "teaching strategies" topics to help faculty explore how to gain the most benefit from ANGEL's features to accomplish course objectives and enhance student learning. The seminars are free. September offerings include "Creating Stellar Syllabi" and "Facilitate Learning by Effectively Using Lessons Items." In addition, an "Overview" seminar will be offered for those with little or no ANGEL experience, and a "New Features" seminar will highlight the new and revised features of ANGEL version 6.2, adopted in May 2005.
