With the release of Windows Server 2008, Microsoft included a new feature called "Remote Applications." With this model, the end user is shown an application window with only the requested program running from the server. All of the applications are running from University owned hardware, using University owned licenses, and are able to be accessed by anyone with an Internet connection and a Penn State access account.

Note: The live and recorded Adobe Connect sessions are brought to you as a service by Penn State ITS.
