Requirements for an e-Portfolio System at Penn State, Fall 2006

In this report a specially charged committee of educational technologists and administrators identified the requirements that should drive Penn State decision whether to develop or adopt an e-portfolio system. E-portfolio is an assessment tool for measuring learning outcomes both within individual courses and in academic majors.
