Biography:
Lisa began her career in ITS Training Services as Manager in 2001. She works with the team to ensure that the best possible value is provided to the Penn State community. Lisa teaches occasionally, because it's important to keep in touch, but also because it's fun. However, she mainly focuses on planning for the continuous change of training needs and learner styles, and exploring options for multiple delivery mechanisms.
