Getting and Staying Connected with TLT at Penn State

Looking for ways to stay connected to Teaching and Learning with Technology at Penn State? In many ways, you are well on your way to being connected if you visit the TLT site on a regular basis. There are other ways to stay informed and have lots of TLT content come to you via aggregation, Twitter, or other social media sites. In addition to links to lots of helpful basic information, you will find pointers to all sorts of more advanced techniques and tools that can make staying connected more integrated with your work flow.

There are several key pieces to the TLT site that can help you stay connected. The home page is updated with fresh content on a daily basis. Here are a few core things to watch for:

TLT News items are the official postings from TLT related to our services. You will see TLT news items when there are ANGEL updates, events and training sessions coming up, and anything we really want to make sure gets special attention.
TLT Events are items that refer to things going on in and around TLT. The TLT Symposium, Plone Symposium, Fest Training sessions, and Learning Design Summer Camps are all examples of the kinds of things you will see there.
TLT BuzzLion is a daily posting that works to help make the TLT community aware of things of interest both inside and outside of Penn State.
TLT Initiatives are the items you will see linked to at the bottom of all the pages of the TLT site.
